Background Information: We’re asking you to take part in a research study by voluntary taking a 15-minute survey about how people use water, what they believe about water, and how they value it. The first page of the survey explains what the study is about, what we’ll ask you to do, how we’ll use your information, and reminds you that joining is your choice—you can skip any question or stop at any time without any penalty.
Who can take this survey?
If you are 18 years or older, you can take part in this study if you meet both eligibility requirements listed below.
You are in one of these 5 southwestern Oklahoma counties: Beckham, Greer, Jackson, Kiowa, and Tillman
AND
2. You grow a crop using irrigation water provided through:
the Lugert-Altus Irrigation District or a surface or ground water permit from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board
How to take the survey?
To complete the survey, participants may (1) scan the QR code on the post-card/ flyer to take it online, (2) call Amy Hagerman at 405-744-9811 to take it on the phone, or (3) drop in at our booth at the Red Rivers Conference.
Compensation
Qualifying survey participants will receive a $50 Amazon gift card for completing the survey via email or in-person pick-up at conference booth.
